iApps Support

As a user of Intelligent AR products we are sure you will acknowledge that the company has grown rapidly over the past twelve months.

We have won a major overseas contract with Qatar Post, and are in negotiation with several Overseas Postal Administrations. We are also running a trial of Royal Mail’s first Lockerbank in Nottingham North DO and the DO Kiosk trial continues. New products are being developed, including, Weigh & Vend, Returns, Labels and Drop-Locker and Counter Solutions.

All this while growing our Royal Mail Kiosk base and Exhibition circuit.

As the demand for IAR Kiosks and Services grows, not just in the UK but worldwide, we recognise a need to grow our support services to you.

To this end, we are delighted to announce that Intelligent Applications Limited (iApps) will manage the support of our products.

Running out of Portishead, Bristol, iApps is managed by Jackie Maxwell, with Charlotte Halsall at the helm. Jackie will be contacting you over the coming weeks to introduce herself and to assist in the use of our new e-ticketing support system. We will be growing a frequently asked question (FAQ) knowledgebase, as well as providing telephone and email support.

Ellie and her team will continue their great work at exhibitions and on-site training, while Tony will continue to deliver and set-up systems all over the UK and manage the overseas logistics.
